MEET OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

John Pearson serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at EcoSwitch, a unique load control and management solution company. John also holds a position as Co Chairman at the Trilliam Health Partners Foundation Campaign Cabinet and Chairman Management Committee at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre. Additionally, John is a Director of the Board at Precision Biomonitoring Inc. and QDZ Enterprizes Limited, where John also serves as President and CEO. With a background in engineering from Queen's University, John has a vast experience in various leadership roles within the energy and health care sectors.

Mark Krembil is the President of the Krembil Foundation, a family organization dedicated to advancing medical research in the areas of neurodegeneration, arthritis, and autoimmune disease.  With a career that began in systems engineering, Mark brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to philanthropy, focusing on initiatives that foster collaboration and meaningful impact in healthcare.

In addition to his role at the Krembil Foundation, Mark serves on the boards and advisory councils of several organizations, including, Brain Canada Foundation, the TANZ Steering Committee, and the University of Toronto. Mark is passionate about supporting innovative research and creating opportunities that lead to better health outcomes for communities across Canada and beyond.

Greg  directly built and led a multitude of companies including Footprint Software, 724 Solutions, Kili Technologies, and SecureKey Technologies. He  is now focused on his real estate work at Armel Corporation, venture investing through Blue Sky Capital and philanthropic endeavours.  He loves the challenge of bringing together people to solve problems. Greg feels strongly that innovative teams can deliver breakthrough advances in health care for Canada.
