Allowing foundations to support translational research without affecting endowments or disbursement quotas.

Do we give up IP? You license IP to the startup on reasonable terms
Do we receive anything else? Your foundation will receive a gift of 5% share of monetization that Give Back receives from an investment company that came out of your institution and you will maintain right to Donor Advise (recommend) the majority of Give Back proceeds from monetization of investments that came from your donation
Can we refer ventures? Yes, referrals from research teams are welcome.
Is Give Back affiliated with specific institutions? No, we are independent and collaborative.
